As a Business Developer at Atracio, you will be instrumental in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the MENA region. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to devise effective campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Identifying emerging trends and market demands to inform enhancements to Atracio’s ERP solutions.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful business development in the MENA region, preferably within the software or ERP industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local business landscape, culture, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the ERP or related software industry.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the business software domain.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, especially Arabic.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment.
